Antoinette Mallen, based in the Leinster area, hosts ceremonial cacao circles, healing workshops and retreats supported by the beautiful medicine cacao. She weaves psychotherapeutic and shamanic practices, providing a compassionate and gentle space for individuals to deeply connect with different aspects of themselves. Having personally witnessed the transformative power of cacao in her own healing journey, specifically in addressing traumatic flashbacks and healing her nervous system, building upon this personal transformative experience with cacao and breathwork Antoinette was inspired to share this healing space with others and partook in Cacao Facilitation Training with Paula in 2021. “I have a wellness business with my husband, Níalli. I got into reiki healing in the early 2000s and became a level 3 practitioner in 2003, which led to a path of love for all things holistic.
The first time I went to a cacao ceremony was in 2020 and I immediately felt I had found what I’d been looking for. I love this magical heart opening plant. It has helped me through grief, through happiness and everything in between. I became a cacao facilitator in 2022.
I’m also an EFT practitioner. I run lots of events from cacao ceremonies, to breathwork, meditation and Wim Hof workshops with my husband.

About Stephanie: Stephanie is a mentor, mother, mystic and medicine woman who works closely with cacao and other flowers to create a magical, peaceful and safe space for healing, expansion and manifestation to occur.
