Hello and welcome, I’m Paula.

It lights me up to see people light up!

I hold space for deep and lasting transformation where all of you is welcome and honored. Working both 1:1 and in groups, I remind people of their capacity to heal their life by working with their subconscious beliefs and perceptions. I guide people through limiting beliefs and unresolved events, to a place of resolution, self love, and acceptance of themselves as they are. I take people deeply inward, help them re-connect with their heart and with their light, while moving through the layers that are in the way of them shining as brightly as they could!

Whether you are having issues with persistent physical/emotional issues, or an area of your life that’s just not flowing; I can help you understand what the underlying issue may be and how life is showing up exactly how you need it to for your evolution, allowing you to finally learn the lesson life is pointing you towards, and move on to live your fullest life.

I facilitate this transformation through Cacao journeying, PSYCH-K, and energy-work.

I have been working with Cacao personally since 2011 under the guidance of Keith Wilson (aka the Chocolate Shaman) and sharing her since 2015 in Cacao Ceremonies, Chocolate Yoga, Cacao Dance, Retreats, Courses and Facilitator Trainings, both in person and online. I was lucky enough to spend 3 years sitting on Keith’s porch learning about how to work with and share this medicine on a very deep level. I was the first Keith’s Cacao practitioner in Ireland and one of the first to share this medicine here.

I now get to witness this beautiful Cacao bloom happening all over Ireland as a result, with many people who started with me now sharing the Cacao love with others; offering their own ceremonies, retreats and healing work.
