As we get ready to leave 2022 behind, this ceremony is a space for you to acknowledge all that was received; all the gifts, all the lessons, all the challenges, and step into 2023 with fresh eyes and a new perspective. With clarity and intention lets welcome in this new cycle and anchor our energy to the direction we most want to move into next year.

Rather than coming from the place of restriction and shaming that a lot of new years resolutions can come from, and instead stepping into a new version of yourself that prioritises Self Love, compassion and inspiration, we will consciously let go of past versions of you that no longer feel like they fit your vision, and align your energy to this new vibration.
We will start with a review in gratitude of all this year has brought, whether that be challenging or beautiful or both, and do a burn ceremony to transmute these energies in the fire and within you, and then welcome in our intentions for next year.
There will be space to share and be held in whatever arises, and guided meditations to anchor in your visions.
Cacao will help us drop that bit deeper and access the lessons we received, from a heart open space. Cacao is always optional.
Cacao is an ancient heart medicine the can help you to drop past the mind and into the heart, relax the nervous system, and access the inner world from a place of deep focus and relaxation. From this state of being you have access to the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen, loved, and worked with.
Cacao’s number one job is to open your heart and help you love yourself exactly where you’re at.
A Cacao Ceremony is a space of honouring the sacred in all things, the deeper meaning behind life's challenges, and honouring something greater than ourselves. By coming into co-creation with life and learning to see the gift in all situations, we can see how life is always guiding us towards our greatest growth, and learn to move though life with more ease and joy.

I will be posting out Cacao on THE 18th DECEMBER so be sure to book before then if you'd like to join us and need cacao. Prices are as follows:
Block (454g, 10-11 ceremonial doses) + p&p: €55 (within Ireland, prices vary for international shipping)

THINGS TO NOTE
Ceremonial doses of Cacao can have adverse side effects for some people. If any of the below applies to you, know that it is still perfectly safe for you, but we would need to start you with a slightly lower dose.
ANTI-DEPRESSANTS
The MAOIs in cacao can interact with some anti-depressant medication so ask your doctor if it’s ok for you. It's not dangerous, just unpleasant as it can create a migraine. Let me know if you're taking any mood altering medication as I may need to alter your dose, but you can absolutely still join. In general it will only effect those on a high dose or mixture of medications, and all should be fine on a slightly lowered dose of Cacao.
PREGNANCY/BREASTFEEDING
Cacao is safe and really good for developing babies but your dose may need to be lowered, depending on the stage so let me know if that applies to you.
HEART CONDITIONS
Cacao increases your heart rate 20-30% so if this would be a problem for you let me know and I will alter your dose. It's an amazing heart medicine but you may need to start slower with it.
